Unfortunately not a good ending at SWI

Unfortunately, my SWI experience did not reach a good ending. After I was home for just about one month, I collapsed. I fell into an even worse state than when I started treatment at SWI.  I desperately went back to SWI at the end of June for further treatment, hoping I could feel good again.  However, I did not recover like I had before, but I kept sinking and sinking to the extend that I Read more about Unfortunately not a good ending at SWI[…]

Finally I am home

After 23 weeks treatment at SWI, I am finally home.  Am I recovered?  I would say: No.  But I am now on a good path to regain my health.  Gary told me I will start feeling better in about 2 weeks; and Dr. Sponaugle said it takes 6-12 months to heal.  So I will be patient.  I arrived home on April 22.  It has been 4 days and I am feeling better now than when Read more about Finally I am home[…]

My 22nd week at SWI

Today is Good Friday. I finally made my decision to go home: it will be next Saturday, April 22. My new Fry Lab test reconfirmed that I am safe to go home. The end of the treatment is the beginning of the healing. So I will continue to detox at home. I plan to do the following: 1) Footbath twice a week. (http://healthandmed.com/ionizeme-detox-foot-bath-far-infrared-with-5-detox-modes.html) I have not done many footbaths at SWI, but I had had Read more about My 22nd week at SWI[…]

My 21st week at SWI

Last week was supposed to be my final week at SWI, and even this week should have been an extra one.  However, on Monday I sunk into a deep depression. I did not believe I would recover. The previous night, that was Sunday  April 2, I was unable to sleep all night even after I took 2 mg of Xanax.  This was a great shock because my dosage on Xanax had been 0.5mg.  I was Read more about My 21st week at SWI[…]

My 20th week at SWI

The past week turned out to be the most tough/challenging one since I started my treatment at SWI. The previous week Gary told me that I was good to go home and and that during the last week he would give me a good cleanup. I thought I would have a wonderful week, and I even thought I could take my time to enjoy the beautiful sunshine of Florida. However, I felt worse and worse Read more about My 20th week at SWI[…]

My 19th week at SWI

Oh well, finally Gary told me this past week that my tests indicate that I am good to go home to heal. It was sort of like the impossible news had finally arrived. I almost had been trying to numb my nerves when thinking about going home, but just enough not to lose hope. Unfortunately I had been feeling very bad since I heard this good news from Gary. Once again I was facing a Read more about My 19th week at SWI[…]

My 18th week at SWI

18 weeks have passed. This last week was devoted to cleaning up my system. My infectious disease panel from the 17th week indicated I still have 4 bands of infections. Compared to 5 bands from the previous one, and 3 bands from an earlier week, I hope this indicates that I am approaching the end of my treatment. My industrial toxins also showed progress, and this is very encouraging. On Tuesday or Wednesday I expect Read more about My 18th week at SWI[…]

The Road to Perfect Health

2Brain & Nervous SystemBalance Your Gut, Heal Your BodyThe gut-brain connection occurs in two directions—from the brain to the gut, and from the gut to the brain. An example of the brain-to-gut connection is when a person has a “gut feeling,” or when an emotional upset causes a stomach ache or loss of appetite. Most people are familiar with this type of brain-to-gut connection. The opposite direction, from the gut to the brain, is the subject Read more about The Road to Perfect Health[…]

My 17th week at SWI

17 weeks have passed. Yesterday was the last day of my 2.5 week antibiotics treatment. I have been feeling very tired, and I hope the tiredness will go away tomorrow. Next week I will have a thorough clean up. I will ask for another Fry Laboratories test and infectious disease panel on Monday. I may hang around for another few days beyond Friday, but I actually have no firm plans now. I saw a few Read more about My 17th week at SWI[…]
